Socially Distanced

by nature

No clubhouse, no caravans, no electric hook-up, and no close neighbours - just peace and tranquility in a beautiful hidden corner of rural Worcestershire.

"Camping as it should be" (with just a spot of luxury).

Welcome to our little piece of paradise

Hidden Valley Camping is a small, family run glamping and camping site located in the beautiful Teme Valley, in a spectacular "you could be anywhere on the planet" setting. We boast an enormous dark night sky, and the dawn chorus is the most amazing spectacle - something that must be heard to be believed.

Our ethos

We are keen campers ourselves and we know the importance of having your own space. Hidden Valley is a place of solitude, and we keep numbers low. With only 2 bell tents and a handful of tent pitches on our ancient 9 acre orchard, you are guaranteed plenty of space.

We aim to provide a low impact, sustainable and eco-friendly camp site; it’s a field on a farm, with lots of peace & quiet for people who are looking for a real back to nature camping experience.

Facilities are basic, but comfortable and clean. At the moment we have a couple of composting toilets, a gas shower and a covered washing up area. There is no electricity on the campsite and the lighting in the facilities block is solar powered.

We are a car free site, which is perfect for families. It’s just a short walk from the car park, and you can borrow one of wheel barrows to ferry your gear. If we're around you may be able to hitch a lift on the quad bike and trailer but this is not always guaranteed.

We welcome any comments or suggestions to make Hidden Valley even better and to make your stay more comfortable.

We are a proud member site of the Freedom Camping Club.

What our guests say

Below are just a handful of reviews from previous guests. Please feel free to see our reviews on Pitchup, Cool Camping, TripAdvisor, google and anywhere else you may find us.

  • We were all really impressed with the accommodation and facilities on the site. The views from our tent made our experience even more better. Carole Donnan
  • We stayed in 1 of the bell tents which was spotlessly clean and really well furnished with lots of candles and and fairy lights for a really magical look in the evening and the separate kitchen hut was really well thought out and provided the perfect balance of amenities versus the back to basics element of camping that my family love. Will 100% be returning soon! Thank you. Thomas Bird
  • Me, my partner and our little girl (6) stayed in one of the bell tents at Hidden Valley for 2 nights and it was just perfect. The views were stunning and the surroundings were beautiful. This is our first time camping with our little one as I was never a fan but honestly, I couldn’t want for more.. I really loved our stay :) Danielle Hodge
  • This is our second visit to Hidden Valley Campsite. We camped in the top field a couple of years ago and fell in love with the peaceful setting and scenary of this campsite. We returned again this summer and stayed in one of the bell tents and we were not disappointed. The bell tent and kitchen hut were very clean and well equipped. The individual kitchen huts are a great idea with the right amount of utensils to make family cooking easy. The owners were really helpful and genuinely friendly. This is a great site, lovely place to relax and explore the surrounding countryside. Our children are already asking when we will be going back so we will definitely be returning. Thanks! • Booked this as a surprise birthday treat and in spite of the wet weather, it did not disappoint. The location is scenic and peaceful (aside from the amazing dawn chorus!) with lots of space between you and your nearest neighbours. The bell tents have been thoughtfully furnished, are cosy and comfortable, and with the lanterns lit, look quite magical. The little ‘kitchen’ hut was well equipped and it was fun to use the fire pit. The owners were helpful and friendly but unintrusive. All in all, a great place for quiet getaway - all the fun of camping with added home comforts and without all that packing. Anne
  • I don't really want to write a review because I want to keep this beautiful place a secret for myself. It is such a lovely peaceful place, so quiet, only the sounds of the farm animals and wildlife to be heard. Lovely, friendly owners there to lend a hand if needed but largely left to our own devices. Free to roam the extensive lands and plenty of beautiful countryside to be enjoyed, didn't see a soul apart from cows! Night sky worth a mention as so clear and unspoiled by unnatural light. Can't wait to go back! Nicola
